Return Policy
All merchandise, except software and bulk cable, is eligible for a refund or exchange within 15 days from date of delivery. To return or exchange an item, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email LiquidCCTV customer service department at sales@LiquidCCTV.com, or call 713-550-4612 in the event you wish to return an order. We will email you shipping instructions and issue a refund within 30 business days of when we receive the return. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error made by LiquidCCTV. We must receive the return no later than 10 business days after we send an RMA number. All products returned must be factory sealed, in original packaging, factory fresh condition, and include all reference material, parts and packaging materials. An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item. We reserve the right to refuse or return any package that does not comply with our Merchandise Return Policy. We will not refund returned products that have been damaged or that are in non-working order because of mishandling during the return shipment or because of misuse due to abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty assembly, alteration, modification, power surge, or other damages attributable as acts of nature.
Merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported within 5 business days of date of delivery.
Check/Credit Card/Net 30 or Refund Guidelines
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You will bear all costs associated with a disputed credit card charge which results in action from LiquidCCTV's merchant account provider, otherwise known as "chargebacks," through Visa/ Mastercar or American Express. Refund on purchases made with credit card will only be credited to that same account.
