Services: project management
Every Liquid Campus Security project follows a standard methodology for Project Management. Our project management methodology consists of the following key elements:
Statement of Work
Both Liquid Campus Security and the client work together to develop a clear Statement of Work. The State of Work clearly defines the deliverables for the project and the associated responsibilities. The State of Work is then formally approved by all key stakeholders.
Project Plan
Once the Statement of Work has been finalized, the project plan can also be finalized. The Project Plan will define all key tasks, due dates, and resource requirements. Due dates for delivery of deliverables will be presented in detail.
Status Reporting
Liquid Campus Security believes that regular and consistent status reporting is a key element in the success of any project. Liquid Campus Security project managers will prepare weekly status reports outlining progress on tasks and deliverables as well as any issues that may arise. Formal status reporting ensures that all parties are aware of the progress of the project and that issues are addressed as soon as possible.
Project Post Mortems
At the completion of all projects, Liquid Campus Security project managers will facilitate a post mortem for the project. At this time, key stakeholders will be given the opportunity to critique the project as well as develop recommendations for improvement on subsequent project.
