End User Training
This training prepares the end user of the security system for the day to day use of the software. The curriculum includes the viewing of live and recorded video, user defined layouts, floor plans and maps, and burning clips for others to view.
Setup and Configuration Training
This training prepares the system administrator for the configuration and management of the software. The curriculum includes server setup, camera setup, custom layout setup, and floor plan and maps setup. In addition training is provided on the day to day monitoring of the operational status of all systems as well as tuning and troubleshooting.
