Sales Tax Policy
Because Liquid CCTV does business in Texas; it collects and remits Texas sales tax from customers that are Texas residents or packages being shipped to Texas as required by law. If you have tax-exempt status, you may call Liquid CCTV at the following number: 713-550-4612. You will be required to provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to purchase.
Order Entry
Please confirm that all information you submit including the product ordered, billing address, delivery address and payment detail is correct.
You can cancel your order for any item sold by Liquid CCTV, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Product is considered to be in shipping process once user has confirmed order. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled online. To change, cancel or check status of your order prior to shipment, you must call Customer Service at 713-550-4612. There might be a charge to change or correct your delivery address if it is in transit by shipping courier. Re-routed orders can take several extra days to be delivered by the shipping courier. Order Payment
You may pay for your online orders with Visa, Master Card and American Express credit or debit cards issued in the United States of America. Please review detailed payment methods at payment terms, posted on this site.
Order Acceptance
After you place an order using our shopping cart or other means, we will validate your order information including verifying your name, method of payment and shipping address.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Liquid CCTV website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If your order is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you via phone or e-mail, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled orders.
Returns And Exchanges
All merchandise, except software and bulk cable, is eligible for a refund or exchange within 15 days from date of delivery. Please review detailed return procedures at return policy, posted on this site.
Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If your order is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you via phone or e-mail, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled products.
Shipping
If product is in stock, credit and debit card orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after your order is accepted. Wire transfers, money orders, and cashier's checks are shipped as soon as funds are received. Orders received between Friday 3 P.M. CST to Sunday Midnight will be processed on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. All orders are subject to product availability and are generally shipped via UPS Ground, unless agreed otherwise.
The risk of loss and title for ordered merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier and/or freight consolidator.
Delays
Liquid CCTV shall not be liable for any failure in performance arising from strikes or other labor difficulties, labor shortage, fire, flood, war, breakdowns or failure of the plant machinery or equipment, delays in or lack of transportation, Government priorities or allocations, delays of suppliers or any cause beyond the reasonable control of Liquid CCTV. In no event shall Liquid CCTV be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
This site is provided by Liquid CCTV on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Liquid CCTV makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Because of uncertain or unknown conditions and incidental hazards under which the Products are used, Liquid CCTV, Inc. does not warrant or guarantee that any particular result will be achieved. With regard to the software provided, the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Liquid CCTV, Inc. is that (1) the media on which the software is furnished will be free of defects in materials and workmanship; and (2) the software will substantially conform to its published specifications. With regard to any hardware provided by Liquid CCTV, the sole and exclusive warranty provided is that the hardware provided will be free from material defects in workmanship, manufacture and materials. This limited warranties for software and hardware (collectively, the "Limited Warranties") shall survive inspection of, payment for and acceptance of the Products, but in any event shall expire ninety (90) days after the date you receive the Products, unless prohibited by law. As to any defects discovered after ninety days from receipt, there is no warranty or condition of any kind. Any supplements or updates to the software, including without limitation any (if any) service packs or hot fixes provided to You after the expiration of the ninety-day warranty period are not covered by any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. Except for the Limited Warranties and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquid CCTV, Inc. provides the Products and support services (if any) "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES (NOR REPRESENTATIONS) HEREUNDER OR ELSEWHERE MADE BY LIQUID CCTV, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF GOOD AND WORKMANLIKE PERFORMANCE, ALL WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCTS AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, ARE DISCLAIMED BY LIQUID CCTV, INC.AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT. ALSO, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION, CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCTS. NO AFFIRMATION WHETHER BY WORDS OR ACTIONS BY LIQUID CCTV, ITS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY.
LIMITED AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Liquid CCTV's sole responsibility and Your exclusive remedy for any nonconformance or defect is expressly limited to the refund of the purchase price paid, if any, or the replacement of the Products determined by Liquid CCTV, in its sole discretion, to possess such a defect. As a condition precedent to any remedy described herein, or otherwise available to You, You shall seek and accept Liquid CCTV, Inc.'s reasonable effort to replace the allegedly defective or nonconforming Products. In furtherance of such undertaking, if you reasonably believe that the Products contain a defect or nonconformity for which Liquid CCTV, Inc. is responsible, you shall inform Liquid CCTV, Inc. immediately by telephone at (713) 439-1825 and by providing written notification to Liquid CCTV, Inc. within forty-eight (48) hours of discovery. All returned Products shall be shipped at customer's expense. This Limited Warranty is void if failures of the Products have resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, abnormal use, or a virus. Any replacement Products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
NO CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (1) LIQUID CCTV, INC.'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM OR ACTION OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH OR RESULTING FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, RESALE, TRANSFER, USE OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RENDERED BY LIQUID CCTV, INC. SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE, IF ANY, YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE OR $5.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER; AND (2) LIQUID CCTV, INC. SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR CONTINGENT LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO OPERATE PROPERLY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGE OCCASIONED BY DELAY, DOWNTIME, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, LOSS OF PRIVACY, LOST PROFITS OR OTHERWISE (NOTWITHSTANDING THE CAUSE OF SUCH DAMAGE AND WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY LIQUID CCTV, INC.'S NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR STRICT LIABILITY). CUSTOMER ASSUMES THE RISK FOR AND INDEMNIFIES LIQUID CCTV, INC. FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF, CONNECTED WITH OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, OR THE POSSESSION, USE OR APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCTS, EITHER ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER PRODUCTS. LIQUID CCTV, INC. ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER IN TORT OR IN CONTRACT, AS TO THE CAPACITY OF THE SOFTWARE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENT OF ANY LAW, RULE, SPECIFICATION, OR CONTRACT PERTAINING THERETO, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CONTRACT BETWEEN ANY CUSTOMER OF ITS PRODUCTS AND PARTIES WITH WHOM SUCH CUSTOMER HAS CONTRACTED.
UNLAWFUL PURPOSE.
Use of the Products for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful manner, use for any improper or unintended use, or use by anyone other than you is strictly prohibited.
